Any child 1-12 who is in need and is working with a referral agency, school counselor, social worker, child advocate, etc is eligible for a birthday party box.   The Birthday Bash Project does not work directly with parents/caregivers. The referring individual or agency is responsible to vet the family is in need, place the referral, pick up the box and deliver the box to the child’s parent or caregiver.

We stay in the background, so the parent is the child’s BIRTHDAY HERO.

  • Establish a relationship and work with the family. You must be able to vet that they are in need and would be suitable for our service.

  • Utilize the “Request a Box for a Child” button. Fill out the contact form. Julie will be in contact with you.

  • We will ask that you provide some additional information, such as the age the child is turning, and the requested theme.

  • Julie and volunteers at The Birthday Bash Project will build a box that’s individualized for the child.

  • You will receive a message that indicates that your box is ready for pick up. A date and time for pick up will be provided.

  • We require that the referring party delivers the birthday box.

  • Our team LOVES to hear and see the impact we’re making. If able, please send photos and quotes from the children/families.
